Life Coaching

Life coaching is when a client and life coach partner up, and begin a thought-provoking and creative process that inspires the client to maximize and prioritize their personal and professional potential.

Coaching can be for everyone and anyone! Whether you are surviving, settling, or thriving - coaching can help take your life to the next level. 

Some identifying factors for someone who could especially benefit from coaching: 

  • Those who feel a sense of dissatisfaction in finances, health, relationships, or career.

  • Individuals feeling disconnected from their most authentic self, or like they are living life without passion. 

  • Those who feel like they've gotten into unhealthy thought patterns, cycles, or seem unable to break bad habits; constantly battling with the same internal or external blocks.

  • Anyone who seems to lack vision needed for something they want to achieve, perhaps don't know where to start, or have trouble following through with the goals they set up for themselves.

We'll be using evidence based prinicpals and practices that are rooted in psychology and draw from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy techniques to support you as you begin to create the life you want - and deserve.

Mindfulness and Meditation Coaching

Mindfulness is when we step into the present moment. Meditation is focusing the mind on a particular object, thought, or activity to train attention and awareness.


Pairing meditation and mindfulness with coaching is the ultimate power duo: you can reduce stress, stay grounded, and increase well being while also working through internal and external blocks and creating your own action plans to navigate your way through these situations. Whether you are struggling with an overactive mind or feel that you just can't relax, you will learn about the many science based benefits of mindfulness and meditation first hand through learning and incorporating various techniques into your everyday life and having some coaching along the way as well.  

Individuals that may benefit from mindfulness and meditation coaching the most: 

  • Your mind and inner dialogue are your biggest enemy instead of your biggest ally.

  • Constantly thinking a thousand thoughts a minute,  unable to turn your mind off.  

  • Difficulty falling asleep at night due to thoughts.

  • Always in "autopilot"; it's hard to be present and you notice you spend more time worrying about the future or ruminating on the past rather than being in the here and now.

  • Anyone looking to reduce anxiety and stress.

During our time together, we will “try on” all different types of meditation and mindfulness exercises,  as there is no “one-size- fits-all”. The activities range from yoga to breathing techniques, mindful eating to mindful coloring. Tailored meditations for you and whatever situations are being navigated will be provided as well. You’ll get a chance to try a variety of these styles during sessions to see which one resonates with you the most, serves as the best outlet, and brings you the most joy. By finding approaches that you resonate with, we increase the chances of creating a long-term and sustainable practice.
