Marissa combines her Bachelor's in Psychology, training as a Mental Health Coach,  knowledge in Mindfulness and Meditation, and years of experience in creating successful group classes and workshops into one to be able to offer this life enriching course. 

Mindfulness is when we step into the present moment, on purpose, and non-judgementally. Meditation is focusing the mind on a particular object, thought, or activity to train attention and awareness.
