Immerse yourself in a transformative journey with "The World Around Us And Within Us: A Mindfulness and Meditation Course". This self-paced program is designed to help you explore the depths of mindfulness and meditation practices, and all the different ways it can look. This will include exploring mindfulness and meditation through movement, art, music, storytelling - and more! Join me as we explore multiple different styles of these practices to support you with cultivating inner peace, enhancing self-awareness, and learning mental health tools that can be used in your everyday life. The eleven classes within this course combine mindfulness, meditation, positive psychology, and science to support a holistic approach to mental health and wellness. Along with recorded classes that you'll have permanent access to, you'll also be provided with worksheets, journal prompts, and additional guided meditations to cement learning outside of class as well.
